my baby is pre term baby...his birth weight 1.650...now he is one nd half year old...baby weight 9.5 now..is it okay??

Yes it is a healthy weight gain and your child is getting very well actually if you look at the birth speed which was less so current weight of your child is very good and I would recommend you with daily diet you should try and give more protein which would be helpful for your child
