A. dear parent, every baby is unique and hence the rate at which baby gains weight varies from baby to baby. ideally baby should gain at least 500 grams per month until 6 months.

A. hi well , babies weight gain depends on their birth weight they usually gain 250 to 500g per month but as a child is preeme baby , the weight gain might be slow. but for Healthy weight gain ,I advise to give plenty of breastfeeds to your child. feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well.
