well , babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
they usually gain 250 to 500g per month
but as a child is preeme baby , the weight gain might be slow.
but for Healthy weight gain ,I advise to give plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well.
