my baby is peeing less than usual and hasn't pooped since two days properly and also he is farting alot although he is active but I am worried.is it because of the weather because it is very hot here right now or my diet

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, It is normal for exclusive breast feed babies to not pass stool frequently it can be even once in 5-6 days. Nothing to worry. But Baby pee count must be atleast 7-8 times a day. It means baby is not getting enough feed and hydration. If persists for long, consult with your pediatrician.
