my baby is passing green and hard stools how to i help her to avoid hard stools its so painful for me to watch her crying

Give Really good amount of water and liquid to the child because that would be the most important thing because certain times what happens is that due to dehydration in the body these things are common with kids so give good amount of water try to maintain hydration in the body
