my baby is only 4 months old..m nt able feed my child properly..I feel some lumps in my breast..milk production is not up to d mark..plz suggest wht to do..??

If your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Try applying warm compress on the affected area to reduce milk ducts getting blocked. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
