my baby is one year old can i give salt and sugar to her

Yes you can give both the things to the child but still if you take an advice I would advise you to avoid giving sugar you must be giving something else to the child for six months like maybe dates syrup or maybe you are giving of jaggery instead of sugar should try to continue with that because they are much healthier version then white sugar
