Q.
My baby is one year old and she is not eating anything and also left drinking milk , sh eats only cerelac, whenever I try to change her food she vomit.. please tell me what would I do so that she start eating?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom what you can do now is to stop the cerealc for her as from the age of 1 year onwards they can be given all usual family foods, no much restrictions now, avoid force feeding

See you should give proper food to the child at salt spices give regular food whatever you traditionally making at home Roti sabji Dal rice and little little small small quantity and try to make a little soggy for your child to consume easily and do not give package food it has no health content for your child
