my baby is one year 2 months old. just now he slipped off and fell back while playing. his head back side hit floor and started crying, immediately he vomited food he had 1hour back. he is having running nose from morning. we took him outside and he became normal. all his activities are normal now. he vomited only once. after he stopped crying his activities are back to normal. should we be worried about it..???
