Q.
My baby is one month old. she is on both breastfeed and formula feed. From yesterday my baby is pooping after every feed. poop is semi- solid and yellow in color. is this an indication for stomach infection

let me know first that if your child is taking enough feeds ?
is your baby looking happy and active ?
if answer of my both questions are yes then no need to worry.
just feed your child on demand.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
