Q.
My baby is one month old. She is not getting adequate breast milk from me. How can I improve breast milk? Also I have I have sever nipple Crack and wounds. How can I get it heal?

Shifana haiderMom of 2 children2 years agoA. drink plenty of water,green leafy vegetables,Fenugreek, garlic, papaya, oatmeal,bread, seasam seeds, chickpea, diary producs, shatavari powder ,bread, including these in the diet will help to increase breast milk

sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. if u r non vegetarian u can eat fish it enhances milk and have lots of benifits for u.. other than that u can eat rich, garlic, have whole milk twice with dry fruits boiled in it with pinch of turmeric also(if not figure concious)inshort take healthy diet..if not then go for suppliments which are available in market.. for cracks use virgin coconut oil three times a day it won't harm ur baby if swallowed.. take care

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try applying pure coconut oil to your breasts to reduce the discomfort. Clean it up well before the next feeding session. If required use a Babyhug nipple shield. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet to boost milk supply
