sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if u r non vegetarian u can eat fish it enhances milk and have lots of benifits for u.. other than that u can eat rich, garlic, have whole milk twice with dry fruits boiled in it with pinch of turmeric also(if not figure concious)inshort take healthy diet..if not then go for suppliments which are available in market.. for cracks use virgin coconut oil three times a day it won't harm ur baby if swallowed.. take care

If required use a Babyhug nipple shield. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet to boost milk supply
