so ask your family member to help you to look after your child whenever you want to take rest

though it is hard ,but try to take rest inbetween the work load.
take healthy and well balanced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinkingRO water.
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
place pillow between your legs while sleeping ,it will help to reduce back pain.
try heating pad to get relief in back pain
