My baby is one month old and she is on breast feed so i need a diet chart for myself what to eat

A. for you, Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. Hello dear parent! There are no food restrictions as such after delivery unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Include all food groups in your diet that is staple in your family. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Take any new food in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation while breastfeeding. Good luck and take care,
