Q.
My baby is one month old and she does not like swaddling since she was 10 days old.she sleeps daily without any swaddle and a thin layer of a bedsheet daily. Does not swaddling affect my babys legs arms movement and growth? And does not swaddling affecr my baby in any other way? P.S. She jerks at night in sleep due to some noise or movement

Namaste Mom, It is ok , massages and warm water bath would be helpful as such , jerks etc are quite common to occur, just being around the baby, they need security and care and some one close to them you can keep a light weight pillow touching their body
