my baby is one month old and passing watery green stool during feeding is it normal and he is on brestfeed.

If the stools are with a. Strong sour odour it clearly indicates some tummy infection , take care of your diet and what ever you consume has a direct effect on the baby , prefer to have easy to digest foods
