my baby is one month 14 days old..and he is passing watery stool from 4 days..and he is on formula feeding

Then your child could be suffering with some infection in the intestine probably which is a loose motions are happening because that is the most common reason currently for the current age of your child which is why I believe you should definitely check it up with the paediatrician
