my baby is one month old and his weight is remains same as birth weight. what to do

A. Exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. That’s the only way for healthy weight gain. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 time’s in 24 hours, it indicates good health.
