Q.

My baby is one month and twenty seven days old she is active alert and have enough of wet diapers and poops one time daily yet her weight gain is not upto the mark....why??

A. do missing multivitamin drops leads to weightloss of the child??

A. you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can cause dizgestion problem in the child. no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of agze only. it is advisable to continue the the multi vitamin and supplement medicines given by your doctor.
