My baby is one month 22days old.he is spitting curd like precipitate after every breastfeeding and always making sound like trying to clear his throat always?is it sign of any infection?

Everytime feed your baby in an upright position.
if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, that leads to cuddle milk spit up
