my baby is one month 21days old and she suffers from constipation from 2days what I do sir.plz tell it's normal or not?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is com in kids. Hard stool is very common specially in toddler age as kids don't drink much water . Just increase of fibers and fruits in diet along with plenty of water will help in constipation . Other wise lactulose can be used if kid age is more than 2 yr .

offer more and more breastfeeds.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
give Massage to your child regularly.
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
