AyeshaGuardian of a 1 yr 7 m old girl1 Year agoA. First of all, you need not to take any stress, it's completely fine if you can't breastfeed your baby due to low supply. Include green leafy veggies, soaked methi dana, jeera, saunf , ghee, panjiri, lactare granules, shatavari, milk, oats etc. Also, start with formula milk, my paediatrician advised me to start with Dexolac stage 1 for my 2 months old baby as it's easy to digest and closest to breast milk. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and pleaaae have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables fruits and dairy products in to produce more milk.
