my baby is on medicine from one week but still she is doing loose stool 3 to 4 times per day.... what is the reason for this.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a loose motions so even after giving medicine then it’s very difficult to give our opinion needs clinical examination of baby
