my baby is 4 months old since mrng 3 times he passed loose stool and urin coming like drops. what is the reason for it???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if you're giving your baby exclusively mothers feeding their is no need to worry about the frequency consistency of the stool baby is passing and no need to worry about this
