My baby is on both breast feed and formula when farting foul smell is coming is there any problem he is going to potty only once in a day i am using Lactogen formula He trying to go to potty from morning and going to potty in the evening or night meanwhile he is struggling to go to potty. Is there any problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age.
sometimes this can continue for onxe year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying
if you feel thatx the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.
