hi doctor my baby is 7month old evening once her stool was watery but there was no foul smell..what should I do if she gets runny stool again..should I continue giving solid food?what food should I give her?she is on both breast and formula feed..

A. iu vd it is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
