my baby is often getting cold and due to which she s not able to eat anything and she s not gaining weight .

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine likfe wikoryl, alex cold 
In  viral illness thgere can be cough and fever which needs treatmegnt accordingly along with a proper hydration .
