my baby is of 9 month..please suggest me the diet plan that I should follow for her ..and also which cow milk in the market I should prefer

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello no cow's milk till the baby complete one year and you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day along with fruits and vegetables which can help in the growth of your child and include upma kanji ragi khicadi which all can help in the growth of your child
