Q.
my baby is of 5 months old and recently from 3 days she is scratching near ear as if she is feeling irritated in ear. Any idea what could be the reason ... as I feel she wakes up because of that irritation too! please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it may be some wax inside the year Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourseflf as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

It could be an infection so I would advise you to get it checked with an ENT doctor the doctor has to check what is the problem and on that basis only they can help you with medicines to go ahead with its definitely a problem please don’t take it lightly
