Q.

My baby is of 4 months.. during her vaccination..blood came out...is it ok or does it mean injection was not properly done?experts plz say

A. no it is not like that obviously if a needle goes inside the skin some amount of blood will come out nothing to worry about it it is absolutely normal and fine
