My baby is of 4 months and 21 days old. he takes his maximum feed from formula and around 120ml feed of breast milk. he is pooping in green color without seeds. pic is attached for reference. please guide if it is normal or do I need to take care of anything

A. yes it is normal, and it's because of formula milk she is doing like this. if ur baby is feeding well, active, playful, Adequate urine output And no other complaints.. no worries
