my baby is of 3 years . he is not gaining weight and not increase height . his weight is 11 kg and height is 79 CM. tell me something what to eat means a proper meal chart

The Child is about 3 KG underweight the height is okay your child is almost 2 1/2 feet so that’s fine so I’m going to say as of now you should definitely take a guidance from a nutrition expert for this because she can tell you as to what all kind of food you should be involving into your child’s daily diet plan
