my baby is of 3 months she is crying very badly and passing gas and straining

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. ok u cssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
