my baby is of 3.5 months, his urine is smelling very badly and his mouth also..what would be the reason can someone please help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than three months of age if the baby is having smell in the urine most of the times it is concentrated urine sometime there can be chances of infection also
