My baby is of 3.5 months He sleeps with closed fist even after feeding Is it the sign of hungry

A. Hi Mostly it is considered as a sign of hunger only but if your child is already sleeping that means your child is not hungry because at this age of the child is sleeping and if the child is hungry then the child is going to wake up and cry for a feed so don’t worry about it
