My baby is of 23 days..he has too much gases..and stomach pain...he poops regularly...what could be solution for this

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. u c zzcssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
