Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you should give it only under medical guidance for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomena regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gain and urinary output of your baby is normal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a very proper way regarding establishment of good lactation as well as will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not of much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.

Hey There is no chart for this you just have to feed your child when your child is hungry in the first one is the appetite is somewhere on 30 ml and it increases by the age of second one which is going to be approximately 60 ML that’s it you just have to feed when your child wakes up and asks for a milk that’s a right time for you to give it
