My baby is of 12 months. She bottle feeds since last since 6 months. She demands for bottle at midnight in her sleep. I want her to leave this habit of bottle feeding. What do I do?

A. Dear ma’am, it’s hard to get rid of the habit as the child grows. You may switch from Bottle to Sippy cup or directly to normal cups. It will take time for your child to get adjusted to the routine but do not worry.
