A. Ideal weight of a 9 months old baby girl should be between 8 to 8.6 kgs depending on eating habits and birth weight. Your baby's weight is not very low and this can be increased slowly. As this is the age when they learn to move, lot of energy is lost. You can continue feeding fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, boiled eggs, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 650 to 750 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks. You can get vaccinated for Covid while breastfeeding the baby without any hesitation as it will help in developing antibodies to fight against infections like this in baby too.
