my baby is now 9 day old. he started vomiting yellow color in at 4 days. still his vomiting contain yellow color. motion and feeding is normal. is it serious? his pedestrian say its due to gas and burp it.

A. hi, that might be bile, make sure to feed timely and, Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so. j
