my baby is now 6 month what is more beneficial cerelac or rice and pulse and how many times should I feed her

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. All are good to start as the first food.. Introduce new food at the gap of three days to check for allergy from any food.
U can start with one meal in a day.
When the baby start digesting it then you can give two meals in a day.
