Q.
my baby is now 5month 6 days old and yesterday i have checked her weight i.e 5.530kg her birth weight was 2.750kg so according to her age her weight is right or less

Babies are monthly expected to gain in range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
You can now introduce the baby to semi solid and alter with your feed

Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. If baby is active and taking feed properly then no need to panic. Mother should take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits.
