my baby is now 5 months 6 days every evening she is crying myself doubting my milk is enough or not can I start solid

A. hello and good morning express your milk and check for the supply it is good or not.. feed the baby on demand have plenty of fluids and proteins in your diet do not doubt yourself.. no stress at all.. Be calm
