Q.
my baby is now 4th month ... she is having constipation problem... and gas problem ... can anyone plz help with this... she is on completely on my milk only....

Constipation is common in babies. Breastfeeding babies are rarely constipated. They can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more..
If ur baby is active and comfortable then no need to worry.. For gas issues apply hing paste on stomach and massage in circular motion twice a day. This will help to expel gas from stomach. U can also give colic aid to ur baby
