Q.
my baby is now 4mnth old and my breastmilk was so watery that's why my baby is not satisfied what can I do..can I gave some other fruits or cerelac to my baby

I suggest you please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet
please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your daily diet
please take daily sun light exposure
if necessary you can give A2 desi cow milk
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
