Q.

my baby is now 3 month old and I couldn't notice any weight gain after looking at him. though his weight increases when checked on macHine

A. Dear mum, do you go based on your baby’s appearance. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health.

A. yes surely he pees alot daily and so do stool after alternate day, very active too and yes 500gm increase in weight every month but not more than 500gm

A. weight gain in baby should be around 500-800g per month so baby may not appear gaining.. baby should be double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year..
