my baby is now 24 days old he is having small acne on whole body

Ma’am You may have eaten something which would have given too much of heat into the child’s body or maybe the temperature is not normal in the room where you are keeping the child so as of now would advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion on to the body wherever you can see the rashes but to consult your doctor ones
