my baby is now 1yr, can we start giving egg to him? and how much in a day?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can start giving eggs to your 1 year old baby. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. You can give one whole egg in a day.

Yes Can be given from the age of nine months and White can be introduced only after the age of 12 months so you can give an entire egg to the child and since it is winters you can give an egg to your child every day and in summers if you want you can give once in two or three days
