my baby is now 1 year old and about to complete 13 months so which milk us best for her cow milk or breastmilk?? plz suggest becoz she is not taking cow milk only takin breastfeed

A. you can continue breast milk till baby complete two years.. you can start with cow milk.. add dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste or powdered form to add taste.. you can add dates syrup.. you can give amul milk or mother dairy milk or any local dairy..
