Q.

My baby is not taking feed on nights, so I’m expressing the milk morning and trying to give her via bottle. But she isn’t taking, what to do with pumped milk? I also tried cup, spoon but nothing worked. Pls help

A. Hi breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
