Q.

My baby is not taking any healthy foods like vegetable, fruits but very much interested in spicy foods. How can I change her food habits?

A. Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

A. hello you can slowly try changing the habit which should not8 be a problem and try to include fruits and vegetables Indirectly which can help and as kids grow they will be all fine and is absolutely nothing to worry and btry out different ways to give it which helps
