my baby is not taking and urinating only 3 to 4 times in a day from past 3 days and also has loose motion why this is happening I'm worried

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she is having loose motions and she doesn’t pee normal but only 3/4 times a day so mostly she is having a dehydration and needs ORS and frequent breast feeding
